Youth Empowerment Lecture at the 2025 IYF National Youth Conference
The IYF National Youth Conference continues to be a defining platform for young people across Ghana, bringing together bright minds and diverse perspectives to discuss the future of leadership, innovation, and impact. For the KGL Foundation, supporting this initiative reflects our strong commitment to one of our core thematic areas: Youth Empowerment & Entrepreneurship. We believe that when young people are equipped with the right tools, skills, and opportunities, they become powerful agents of change in their communities and beyond.
At this year’s conference, Mr. Annorbah Sarpei, our Programs Manager, speaking on behalf of our CEO, delivered a lecture on “Turning Points.” His presentation underscored the importance of starting with what you have, embracing the beauty of life even during difficult moments, and seeing resilience as an essential part of growth. He drew on relatable life experiences to inspire participants to recognize challenges as opportunities for transformation, reminding them that every journey of impact begins with courage and determination.
The message concluded with a reflection on what the KGL Foundation stands for — creating opportunities, fostering growth, and helping young people unlock their potential to drive meaningful change. This ethos continues to shape our work and partnerships, ensuring that we remain a catalyst for youth development and entrepreneurship.
